So far so good. I'm about halfway through, and it's an enjoyable ride.Yes, feels inspired by The Room series, but that's not a bad thing. Great to play so far. However, the controls can be fiddly, where sometimes the attempt to make a found piece or tool work doesn't take or a tapped on clue won't function at certain angles. But I chalk this up to teething pains and I'm sure the next Blue Brain game will be even more beautifully made and imaginative. Full Review

Wow! At first I thought this was just a knockoff of The Room trilogy, and while it was clearly inspired by those games, it is every bit their equal. (Do I blaspheme?) Which is quite honestly a shocking achievement. Those games are classics, but this game belongs right there with them. The puzzles are challenging but logical enough that you can work through them. The graphics are top notch. Every detail has been meticulously thought out. Is it the most original concept? No. But who cares! If you love The Room, you'll love this too. If you don't love The Room, well clearly you've never played it. Either way, you'll love this game. Full Review

I finally finished the game. Loved it. Its the best game, best graphics, best everything I've played yet. And so worth the $5. I could not put it down often. Only a couple of small hints for the sequel...nothing big... The game is a bit dark...at times I could not see objects or places to put objects. And when I try to roll or turn or pull a lever, or ball, whatever, the entire screen moves. The boiler on both sides was a good example of that...try to flip those levers to fire the boiler and the whole room flips up. But even with those issues I couldn't give it any less than a five. Surely we don't have to wait A YEAR for the sequel! What WILL I do in the meantime?? Full Review

I had this game in my wish list for the longest time because I don't normally buy games for my phone. But I finally bought it because it look so interesting, and I love puzzle escape games. I loved it!! The way the controls and the feel of the game were done well and immersive. The puzzles were challenging, with out feeling like one would never get them solved. I was so impressed with all the secret compartments and the complexity of finding the hidden objects. But the story behind it all helped drive the game along, I didn't get bored with it like I normally do with those kind of games. Wish it was longer, I couldn't stop playing and blasted right through it! Full Review

This is an excellent game after the Room sequels. I love it and find it a perfect mixture of renaissance instruments and Leonardo da Vinci's genious with a very delicate attention to details, aesthetism, and a feeling of bygone days. It is just like a story told by Umberto Eco and I thank the creators. I cant wait to buy anothger game offered by these genious and creative persons. Thank you very much. And the graphics are superb. However, the conquering part is a very difficult section. Wish you had made it easier. Especially for women, who are not prone to thinking about conquests + Mathematics... Thank you all in all. Insane! If you liked the room you are going to love this one! Excellent mechanics, stunning graphics, the puzzles are not so straight forward as in the room and require imagination. Gameplay is also much longer. Music, atmosphere, scenario, an immersive experience best played on tablet. A few glitches on the controls here and there, some puzzles not making much sense, some p.o.i. hidden in the shadows and a sudden non climaxing end is all the criticism have to offer. True masterpiece. Well done Blue Brains. You guys lead! Hope you get enough funds to develop an even better sequel. Full Review

While comparisons to The Room are inevitable, the puzzles in this game stand tall on their own in terms of intricacy and design. And for a game that looks this good, it's extremely well optimised. Runs at 1440p at 120fps on my Razer Phone, even with AA turned on. Spectacular! This should scratch my mechanical puzzle itch for quite a while. Full Review

It was a real challenge. The graphics were amazing. There are a few places I definitely got stuck more than once but that just makes you appreciate the game more for making you work for it. Totally worth it. The game took me 3 hour 50 min to complete. I just played it in my down time every day. I enjoyed every second. It's pretty cool that it gives you your time of completion at the very end. Great game. I highly recommend it 😊 Full Review

Similar to THE ROOM series, HOUSE OF DA VINCI is a beautiful game. The controls are a bit finicky but not enough to make you want to stop playing. Very challenging toward the end. I love the lush graphics, smooth animation and immersive game play. Please keep developing more adventures like this one. They are by far my favorite games on mobile. Full Review

This is by far the best puzzle adventure I've played, and I play 3 or 4 every month. This game has new and challenging puzzles and the game play and graphics were amazing. I'm so disappointed the developer doesn't have any other games, because I'd buy them in an instant! Full Review

Just love these high quality puzzle games. I imagine it's no secret to anyone that the room was in mind when this game was created, but with the bar set so high and for these guys to pull it off with verve is to me quite an accomplishment. Well done and l will always part with my money for the good stuff like this. Full Review

Excellent. Enjoyed every minute of it. I dont think it was too dark at all. Maybe some people have older phones. I admit to getting only two hints and i could have kicked myself at needing those as id spotted harder bits. Definitely doable with no hints but maybe only for those who are veterans at puzzle games and escape rooms. Would recommend to anyone. I love the graphics amd wouldnt they be exceptional in VR. Its crying out for it. Doesnt need nit picking. It is what it is, and what it is, is a well balanced adventure, not too easy, but not too hard. With the hints my total play time was about an hour and a half over a few days. Not bad for a few bob. Looking forward to more of the same. Ian. Accrington Full Review

This game was wonderful. The gameplay is smooth and satisfying. The graphics were beautiful. The puzzles were just the right level of difficulty. The only thing I would say is that for someone who doesn't like to 'cheat' and look at the hints they are very tempting and so I inadvertently looked at them a fair amount. Perhaps there should be more time between hints being generated. A very small criticism though for a brilliant game. Full Review

Amazing! I play a lot of puzzle games and this was exciting, challenging and fun. Some new puzzle types and some old. This is smooth movement throughout the game. My only suggestion is that I want to be able to see behind me even if there is nothing to do. I like to get a sense of my placement in the space and there are times you cannot turn completely around. PLEASE MAKE MORE!!!!! Full Review

Easily the best puzzle game i have played, especially for a phone, it is just constant enjoyment from the moment you start the game, the graphics and physics for a phone game are unbelievable, this is would be more than suitable for a console! I love these kind of games. The puzzles are very challenging without using the clues. The problem I had was sometimes the triggers or sliding movements were not responding to my touch. On a couple puzzles I was completely stuck and I had tried multiple times to move or slide the object and finally after just moving the view and touching the object it would work. Otherwise this game is awesome. If you loved The Room games you will love this game. Full Review

*Update* Lowered the review by one star. The controllers are just so annoying I'm losing interest in the game. A game influenced by The Room series. Some things are so similar I hope they won't have any problems with Fireproof Games ;) However Blue Brains added some very nice new ideas that makes it a top notch game. The only problem for me are the controls. You drag up, it wants to go right, you drag left it wants to go up or down and so on. Overall a very nice game. Great job! Can't wait for what you have in store next! Full Review

Ok. So I love this kind of game and consider myself to be at least competent at them. This game is strikingly similar to the Room. However that is not a bad thing. I have thoroughly enjoyed the game so far and am ready to see where the developer takes it. That said the controls are a bit off. But I had the same issue with the room and that did not stop it from being in my top 5 mobile games of all time. I feel that this series will also join that list. Tldr: why haven't you bought this already? It is worth every cent. Full Review

Superb point and click puzzle game - takes me right back to my 80's gaming days & the heyday of the Sierra puzzle games. The logic puzzles aren't particularly hard but the finding stuff and clues can be tricky. The timed hints are handy too if you're really stuck. Excellent. Full Review

Pros - fantastic graphics. Lots of detail. Some puzzles well thought out and make sense (and some just don't) Cons - can be a bit dark and hard to notice things even at Max brightness. Some puzzles make no sense, just a puzzle for the sake of a puzzle. You will need hints. Can get a little boring and repetitive (tower level, if I have to make the stairs move one more time...) Overall a good game but I think the reason for strong reviews are the graphics. Full Review

I'm a huge fan of The Room and I thoroughly enjoyed this. Two reasons I can't give it 5 stars. It's just too dark. At times I had to just tap around the screen to have something happen because it was too dark to see anything; I had my tablet at full brightness and I still couldn't see. Lots of people have this complaint so I hope this is addressed. The 2nd reason is the ending. All I can say us, Seriously? That's the best you've got? All of that wonderful game and that was the best you could come up with? It was a HUGE disappointment. Please do better in the future. Full Review

Brilliant puzzle game - very atmospheric and the story is intriguing too! My only wish - and the only reason I'm downgrading to four stars - is that I don't feel the story had a very satisfying conclusion. I felt like it deserved more and even if there are plans for a sequel and I very much hope there is, I couldn't see where it would start from - I couldn't see the join. Other than this, I loved the game very much. Full Review

Just started but so far so good. Graphics are amazing!!!!! After having just finished, I highly recommend this game. The graphics are top notch. Great game, love puzzle boxes/puzzle rooms. Interesting story and puzzles, and it's great you've got the hints their if needed. Only issue is that some puzzles I solved using all the hints available and I still don't comprehend the solution really, I just felt like I was pressing buttons I was told to. The hints/final hint should have more explanation of why that is the solution. Full Review

I'm afraid I gave up and uninstalled at the crypt. The controls are way to fiddly and you find yourself asking for hints just because the game doesn't react to input properly. It's also far too dark, even on full brightness. I'd advise anyone to maybe only play on a tablet, my S7 Edge was unplayable. Full Review

I'm writing this not having finished the game, so my opinion may change. Usually, neither one is needed, which is why I feel like two is unnecessary complication. Full Review

Graphically similar to the room, similarly ends there! Very confusing, no logic involved for most of the game. Contols were HORRIBLE! I'm all for a good puzzle game, I'm not sure on this one if the solutions were hidden so well I kept overlooking them or if they were supposed to be trial and error. The "hint" system is worthless on several puzzles, it essential told you what the puzzle did, but not where clues were to solve it. This may go back to the earlier issue of having to solve thru trial and error or guesswork. Overall it was meh, definitely not worth the 4.99, thankfully it was a credit. Full Review

I would bet almost anything that the people that made The Room, had some kind of involvement with the development of this game.
